Overall, taking into account the price and the quality of the machine, it’s actually very good. The machine is quite intuitive and produces high-quality engravings. However, there are a few areas that could definitely be improved. Firstly, the motor on the Y-axis is quite weak, which sometimes causes lines to appear on the engravings or even causes the machine to freeze. Another issue is the distance between the guiding wheel and the engraving blade – it’s about 2–3 cm, which means you need extra granite space to accommodate it. The final downside is the after-sales support. Although a social chat with one of the company’s engineers was created, the responses have been very brief or completely absent. Before the purchase, the communication was excellent, but afterward – almost nonexistent. That being said, the machine stands out with its ease of use, decent quality, and very simple setup once it’s delivered.
